General Terms and Conditions
These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter: “GTC“) contain the general terms and conditions governing the purchase of treatment, gift vouchers and spa tickets at Spa Operator Kft. (hereinafter referred to as “Service Provider”) at Mandala Day Spa, and within this framework the rights and obligations of the Customer (hereinafter referred to as “Customer”) (Service Provider and Customer hereinafter jointly referred to as “Parties”).
By handling on site or through the website, purchasing gift vouchers or tickets, the Customer declares that he/she understands these GTC, accepts its contents and acknowledges them as binding on him/her.

These GTC fully regulate the rights and obligations of the Service Provider and the Customer in connection with the conclusion of a contract related to the purchase of Mandala Day Spa’s services.
The contract between the Parties is concluded upon confirmation of the order/purchase by the Service Provider. The conclusion of the contract is confirmed by electronically saved purchase data, which the Service Provider keeps for the deadline specified in the legislation on accounting and taxation.
The contract for the purchase of gift vouchers between the Service Provider and the Customer is concluded for a definite period, its duration lasts until the date of validity or use of the gift voucher (whichever is earlier).
The Service Provider shall be able to accept the request for correction of the invoice issued on the basis of incorrect data provided by the Customer within three working days from the date of issue of the invoice.
2. Pre-treatment information
We want you to have an unforgettable and undisturbed experience at Mandala Day Spa. To this end, we would like to ask all our guests not to use mobile phones in the Spa area or to speak softly.
Please arrive 30 minutes before your appointment. So check-in will be more convenient and pleasant. Please fill out our health data sheet before each treatment to make your treatment perfect. Please let me know if you are pregnant, have had surgery or have any medical condition. Please note that alcohol consumption is not recommended before, during or immediately after treatments.
3. Special provision for gift card purchases
We can issue gift vouchers for any of our treatments (minimum value of HUF 16500). The voucher can be used within six months from the date of issue and is valid for demonstration. The use of expired vouchers is as follows:
If the voucher holder indicates that they want to use their gift card before the expiration date, they have one week to incur a 50% value loss.
An appointment must be made by phone or email to use the voucher. When booking, please always provide the serial number of the gift voucher. Due to the high demand, it is worth checking in a few weeks in advance to make sure we can accommodate you. We cannot provide money back according to Government Decree 151/2003 (IX.22.), however, the card can be transferred or exchanged for any other treatment within the price of the treatment indicated on the card. If you want a more expensive treatment than the one on your card, you only have to pay the difference.
4. Delivery (GLS)
Gift vouchers ordered on the website will be sent to the Customer within 24 hours of completion of the transaction in electronic form (pdf) to the email address provided during the purchase in case of online credit card payment, or delivered upon personal pick-up or delivery request. We are not responsible for unsuccessful delivery due to the incorrect email or postal address provided during the purchase.
Basic services upon request for delivery: · For Business-Parcel (0-40 kg) parcels, fast and efficient door-to-door parcel delivery. In Hungary, in all cities and settlements, parcels are delivered on the working day following pick-up,
delivered during working hours (8 a.m. to 5 p.m.). By using the services, the Customer acknowledges and accepts the “General Business Conditions” and the “General Package Insurance Conditions” of GLS General Logistics Systems.
Prices are per package and do not include the applicable VAT.

Express parcel, Delivery of an urgent, futures package on the working day following pickup, no later than 12 hours. Only in specific settlements, the list of settlements can be found on the GLS website. Product price: freight + 50 %.
5. Services available to guests
As a guest of Mandala Day Spa, you can use the spa area of our facility for 2 hours before and after the treatment. When purchasing any compiled treatment package, admission is free and all services are available.
The spa section is available to guests even without the use of an express Day Spa treatment, in which case a two-hour ticket can be purchased, which from Monday to Thursday: 5500.- HUF and from Friday to Sunday: 7500.- HUF, which entitles you to full use of the jacuzzi, sauna, changing room and tea house.
We cannot be held responsible for lost items. We keep your valuables in our safe at our reception. Please always check the room for other valuables after treatment, do not forget to check the pockets of your robe when changing clothes.
WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CHANGE PRICES IN ALL CASES!
6. Booking
Appointments can be made in person, by phone or email. All appointments are confirmed prior to treatment. Your reservation is valid if you provide us with your mobile phone number where we can reach you in connection with the treatment. Please answer our confirmation phone call or answer via SMS, as this is the only way we can guarantee that the agreed time is valid.
In the absence of confirmation, treatments without advance payment will be cancelled. In the case of one- or two-hour treatments, cancellation must be notified 24 hours in advance, cancellation of packages must be 48 hours in advance, and 72 hours in case of groups.
For group bookings (from 3 people) and reservations over HUF 30,000, a 50% deposit is a condition for the final booking. Payment can be made at least 48 hours before the treatment in person at the reception, where you can pay by credit card (Visa, Mastercard) or in cash. It is also possible to charge via bank transfer or phone if you know your card details. Information required for transfer:

7. Waiver
Pre-booked appointments can be modified. As treatment times are personalized, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. In this case, we have the opportunity to offer others the free date. Thank you in advance for your understanding!
In case of cancellation within 24 hours, the voucher and the deposit (which qualifies as reservation fee) will incur a 50% loss of value.
If cancelled within 12 hours, the voucher and deposit will incur 100% loss of value.
8. Right of withdrawal
According to Government Decree 45/2014 (ll.26.) on the detailed rules of contracts between consumers and businesses (hereinafter: Government Decree), the Customer is entitled to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving reasons. Gift voucher withdrawal period: the voucher(s) expire 14 days after the date of issue. If the Customer wishes to exercise his right of withdrawal/termination, he is obliged to send a clear statement of his intention to withdraw/terminate to the Service Provider by letter sent electronically from the email address provided during the purchase, or by post, to the following contact details of the Service Provider:

The Customer exercises his right of withdrawal/termination within the deadline if he sends his statement of withdrawal/termination before the expiry of the deadline indicated above.
If the Customer withdraws from the contract, the Service Provider shall refund all consideration paid by the Customer within 14 days of receipt of his statement of withdrawal. During the refund, the Service Provider will provide the refund to the Customer provided during the original transaction by bank transfer. The relevant gift voucher(s) will be cancelled and the documents generated during the withdrawal process will be kept for the period prescribed by law.
The Customer may not exercise his right of withdrawal/termination in the case of a contract for the provision of services after the commencement of the performance of the service or after the performance of the service as a whole. The Customer has acknowledged that he loses his right of termination after the commencement of the performance of the service or the performance of the service as a whole. This is the case if the gift voucher is used within the time limit for withdrawal/termination.
9. Health related issues
Mandala Day Spa is not responsible for injuries suffered by guests, and use of the spa and Day Spa is at the sole risk of each guest. Guests are required to wear non-slip slippers in the spa area.

Please fill out our health data sheet before each treatment, we would like to make your treatment perfect. Please note that in case of existing health problems, only treatments recommended by reception can be used. Please let me know if you are pregnant, have had surgery or suffer from any medical condition. Please note that the consumption of alcohol or drugs before, during and immediately after treatments is not recommended.
10. Value preservation
In the Spa, lockers can be locked, however, we do not recommend bringing more value with you, as you will have to remove jewelry before treatments. Spa is not responsible for valuables left in cabinets.
11. Customer service, complaint handling
In case of any complaint, the complaint can be sent to the contact details of the Service Provider’s customer service in the form of a postal letter or e-mail. The Service Provider investigates and responds to the complaint within 30 days. Personal complaint handling is possible at the Service Provider’s reception, which requires an appointment.

12. Closing provisions
With regard to purchases on the Website, the provisions of Act CVIII of 2001 on Certain Issues of Electronic Commerce Services and Information Society Services (“Ektv.”), Government Decree 45/2014 (II.26.) on the detailed rules of contracts between consumers and businesses, and Act V of 2013 on the Civil Code shall apply.
In cases concerning consumer protection administrative authorities, the Consumer Protection Inspectorates of Metropolitan and County government offices have county jurisdiction in the first instance, and the National Consumer Protection Authority acts with national competence in the second instance. The Contracting Parties shall use their best endeavours to settle any disputes by peaceful negotiations. If it is not possible to settle the dispute through negotiation, the User shall contact the Conciliation Board of the Budapest Chamber of Commerce and Industry (seat: 1016. Budapest, Krisztina krt. 99. III. em. 310., mailing address: 1253 Budapest, Pf.:10.) turn.

The Service Provider reserves the right to change the rules without prior notice, which is published on the website.
