| Do I have to book for the pool area? |
| Yes. Entry to the Mandala Bath and use of the pools are available strictly by prior booking. Guests can reserve their preferred time by phone or through GetYourGuide. . Our pool area has a limited capacity. As we are committed to providing a luxurious experience, there may be occasions, particularly on weekends, when we reach full occupancy. Admission will therefore be subject to availability. |

| What should I bring with me? |
| Swimwear and slippers are mandatory at the pool area. Basic package DOES NOT include slippers and towels. You can also rent slippers, towels and robes for an extra charge. |
| Is there an age limit to the pool? |
| Age limit is 18, younger people can only come in with parent. Height minimum is 120cm and our stuff's permit is necessary. |
| At what time is the pool the least crowded? |
| From Monday to Thursday in the afternoon hours. |
| Can I visit Mandala if I am not healthy? |
| Please only visit us if you are 100% healthy. Please fill out our health questionnaire before each treatment, this will help us to perfect your treatment. Please note that in case of existing health problems, only the treatments recommended by the reception can be used. Please indicate if you are pregnant, have had surgery, or suffer from any illness. Please note that the consumption of alcohol and drugs is not recommended before, during, and immediately after the treatments. |
| What are the opening hours of the pool area? |

| Between 30.000 Ft and 45.000 Ft you recieve 50% discount of the pool entrance. Above 45.000 Ft per person the pool entrance is free. |

| How earlier should I come before the treatment? |
| We advice you to come 15-30 minutes earlier so you can prepare yourself for the treatment and change your clothes comfortable. |
| What are the accepted payment methods? |
| You can pay by cash, card or OTP Szépkártya. |
| What should I do, if I am late or can't come? |
| If you are being late For cancellations made within 24 hours, the voucher and the deposit (which is considered a reservation fee) will be subject to a 50% deduction. For cancellations made within 12 hours, the voucher and the deposit will be subject to a 100% deduction. |
| Do I have to pay a deposit? |
| For bookings over HUF 30,000, a 50% deposit is required to confirm the reservation. Payment can be made in person at the reception at least 48 hours before the treatment, where you can pay by card (Visa, Mastercard) or in cash. Alternatively, bank transfer or payment by phone with your card details is also possible. |

| If I book a treatment can I get access to the pool? |
| Between 30.000 Ft and 45.000 Ft you recieve 50% discount of the pool entrance. Above 45.000 Ft per person the pool entrance is free. |

| You can use up your voucher for 8 months. |

| The real voucher lost, we can not replace it, but the online voucher can be resent or reprinted. |
| How can I check the balance on my gift card? |
| After using your gift card you recieve a receipt of the amount left. |

| What is the minimum amount I can get voucher? |

| Yes, you can wear any swimwear that you are comfortable with. |
| Is it a coeducated bath? |

| Yes. It is madatory to wear swimwear. |

| No. Our waters are not thermal. |

| No, Mandala Day Spa is not appropriate for children. |

| How long can I use my voucher? |
| Gift vouchers purchased from the webshop are valid for six months from the date of issue. Vouchers purchased at Mandala Day Spa in person are valid from 8 month from the date of issue. |

| You can purchase gift vouchers in person at Mandala Day Spa for a minimum amount of 30.000 huf. You can also puchase your voucher on our webshop at https://www.mandaladayspa-ajandek.hu/. Vouchers ordered online are normally sent within 24 hours in PDF format to the e‑mail address you provide. Appointments must always be pre‑booked by phone or e‑mail, quoting the voucher number.
