| Do I have to book for the pool area? |
| No reservation is needed for the pool area. We are open daily from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Please feel free to visit our website to explore the different packages available: Packages . Our pool area has a limited capacity. As we are committed to providing a luxurious experience, there may be occasions, particularly on weekends, when we reach full occupancy. Admission will therefore be subject to availability. |

| What should I bring with me? |
| Bring with yourself swimsuit please. Basic package DOES NOT include slippers and towels. You can also rent slippers, towels and robes for an extra charge. |
| Is there an age limit to the pool? |
| Age limit is 18, younger people can only come in with parent. Height minimum is 120cm and our stuff's permit is necessary. |
| At what time is the pool the least crowded? |
| From Monday to Thursday in the afternoon hours. |
| Can I visit Mandala if I am not healthy? |
| Please only visit us if you are 100% healthy. Please fill out our health questionnaire before each treatment, this will help us to perfect your treatment. Please note that in case of existing health problems, only the treatments recommended by the reception can be used. Please indicate if you are pregnant, have had surgery, or suffer from any illness. Please note that the consumption of alcohol and drugs is not recommended before, during, and immediately after the treatments. |
| What are the opening hours of the pool area? |

| If I book a treatment can I get access to the pool? |
| Between 30.000 Ft and 45.000 Ft you recieve 50% discount of the pool entrance. Above 45.000 Ft the pool entrance is free. |

| How can I book a massage? |
| You can book a massage personal, in phone call or in e-mail. |
| How earlier should I come before the treatment? |
| We advice you to come 15-30 minutes earlier so you can prepare yourself for the treatment and change your clothes comfortable. |
| How can I pay my treatment in the spa? |
| You can pay by cash, card or OTP Szépkártya. |
| What should I do, if I am late or can't come? |
| If you are being late For cancellations made within 24 hours, the voucher and the deposit (which is considered a reservation fee) will be subject to a 50% deduction. For cancellations made within 12 hours, the voucher and the deposit will be subject to a 100% deduction. |
| Do I have to pay deposit? |
| For bookings over HUF 30,000, a 50% deposit is required to confirm the reservation. Payment can be made in person at the reception at least 48 hours before the treatment, where you can pay by card (Visa, Mastercard) or in cash. Alternatively, bank transfer or payment by phone with your card details is also possible. |
| How can I pay my treatment online? |

| If I book a treatment can I get access to the pool? |
| Between 30.000 Ft and 45.000 Ft you recieve 50% discount of the pool entrance. Above 45.000 Ft the pool entrance is free. |

| How long can I use up my voucher? |
| You can use up your voucher for 8 months. |
| How can I buy my voucher? |

| What happens if I lose my voucher? |
| The real voucher lost, we can not replace it, but the online voucher we can reprint. |
| How can I check the balance on my gift card? |
| After using your gift card you recieve a receipt of the amount left. |
| For what treatments can I use up my voucher? |
| You can use your gift card for any treatment. |
| What is the minimum amount I can get voucher? |
| The minimum amount for treatment is 30 000 Ft. for the pool area is 20 000 Ft. |
| What if my voucher is expired? |
| You can still use up you voucher for 1 week for 50% additional charge. |
